How much to develop a website where users can key in surveys data for analyses and then publish the results?

Hi all





I need your advice.. how much will the the following project cost? I have a list of things that we want:





1. web pages (around 5-8 pages) where around 150 people can key in some survey data


2. we can download/export the data to be analyzed (to MS excel)


3. we publish the analysis results online


4. our targeted audiences can view the results or export them to MS excel format


5. all the above users would need to have their own unique user name and password





I dont know whether our budget of around SGD 3,000 would be enough. Btw, I think we might need to pay for web-hosting??

2 is there going to have Flash used


3 if so how many pages of Flash is going to be used
