Is there a grammatical error in this sentence?

--------------------

Based on our experience, if we invite director, agenda or invitation should have been received 2-3 weeks before the event. If possible, could you please send us the draft report of this survey to us this week, we want to know the description of this survey result as our information for Mr Rich to brief Andy about this survey . We look forward to the agenda and the draft report.

Is there a grammatical error in this sentence?
I think this is what you mean...

Generally, when our director is invited to an event, we expect/prefer to receive the invitation or agenda 2-3 weeks in advance. We would appreciate it if you would please send us the draft report of this survey this week. We need to receive a description of the survey results, so Mr. Rich can use it to brief Andy about this survey.

Again, please promptly send us the agenda and the draft report. We would appreciate your help.

Thanks and regards.
Reply:Absolutely, both sentences are poorly written.

We look forward to the agenda and the draft report.
Reply:here's how I'd rewrite it:

Based on our experience, if we invite the director, an agenda or invitation should have been received 2-3 weeks before the event. If possible, could you please send us the draft report of this survey to us this week? We want to know the survey results to use as information for Mr. Rich to brief Andy about the survey. We look forward to (receiving?) the agenda and the draft report.

not very clear about the last sentence. you need to tell what about the agenda you look forward to.
Reply:below is probably a more structured rephrased passage.

Based on our experience, if we invite the director, agenda or invitation should be received 2-3 weeks before the event. Please send us the draft report for this survey this week; we want to know the interpretation of this survey results for Mr. Rich to brief Andi correctly.

We look forward to receiving the agenda and the draft report.
Reply:The first sentence didn't make very much sense to me. when you start to say " we want to know the description...", I think you should put a period before that, and start it as a new sentence, and instead of saying " we want to know", you should say, "we would like to know", or something like that. put a period after "Mr." when you say "Mr. Rich".
Reply:I'm sorry but that paragraph doesn't contain a single sentence that makes sense in English. It's littered with all kinds of structural and grammatical errors as well as repetition. I'm sorry but it's barely even correctable, it needs to be completely re-written.
Reply:Wow! That sentence makes no sense at all. Try again.
Reply:Yes
Reply:sorry, but yes.
Reply:yes
