I want to use a diagram to show the result of a survey question about people's incomes. Would a bar chart be the most appropriate/effective? What else can I do?
OK the ranks are:

I wanna make it clear for people to understand at first glance

yep do a vetical bar chart.
put the amount of people on the left side of the chart, and put the income bars at the bottom with the incomes underneath them.
Reply:a pie chart would be best because it shows more of a percentage wise thing also.
Reply:bar chart would be the easiest i think or a pie chart
